Join us for a dinner celebrating the very best grass fed beef, raised exclusively for us and dry aged for 50 days by Bev Eggleston in Virginia’s Shenandoah Valley. Bev Eggleston has been a champion of pasture raised meats for over a decade, leading the renaissance of animal husbandry that's sweeping the country.
